Odyssey likes to encourage families to understand & focus on fitness becoming a part of every family’s life. Specifically designed for children ages 9-11, this youth membership training program is a 4 session program with a trainer. Our certified personal trainers will focus on the following with your child:
- Learning proper fitness center etiquette
- Basic nutrition
- Cardio, Free Motion and Cybex equipment overview
- Proper warm up and body weight exercises
*Note: Upon completion of the fourth session, your child will have access to most parts of our facility with the exception of: the free weight area, the pool area and the hammer strength area.
