Odyssey Fitness Personal Training Department’s number one focus is to solve your health and fitness challenges. The programs are customized based on what you want to accomplish.
Whether you want to lose weight, are recovering from injury, just want to look and feel great, lacking motivation, or not sure what to do? Partnering with a Personal Trainer is the right step for you. All of our Trainers and Coaches are Nationally Certified and spend countless hours on continuing education ensuring that Odyssey Fitness Trainers are the most qualified around. Our variety of training options are sure to fit everyone’s time commitment and budget.
Many of our members have already discovered the benefits of working with a Personal Trainer. From designing a customized workout plan to providing ongoing motivation and support, Personal Trainers are dedicated to helping you achieve your specific fitness goals. Every member is encouraged to participate in a one hour fitness assessment with a trainer.

Have you been doing the same types of exercise or routine for years? Not getting the results you hoped for? Do you want better results? It’s not easy getting results and our Trainers and Coaches know that it requires variety and patience. Allow someone who will understand your limitations and strengths to help you achieve long lasting results. All our trainers are college educated and certified nationally. Our Trainers are also required to attend hands on workshops through Perform Better and MF Athletic to stay current in all the areas a professional trainer needs to be make their clients successful.

Our Trainers will give you the support and guidance you need to reach whatever goal you set. We realize goals vary from weight loss, to increased energy, motivation, faster results, proper technique, rehab and so on.

At Odyssey Fitness, EVERY Personal Trainer must meet nationally-recognized certification standards for fitness, health and safety. We are always encouraging our trainers to further their education and we provide continuing education for all our trainers in house as well to ensure that they are up to date on the most current training techniques.

Small Group Training is results-driven progressive training designed to take you to the next level. Enjoy the benefits of personal training combined with the motivation that comes from being part of a team. Group sizes vary from 2 up to 5 people. Its a great way to train with a friend or family member.

Every membership at Odyssey Fitness begins with a “First Step” session. Conducted by a member of our training staff, this one hour session is designed to get to know you and your goals and to determine what exercises and movements should and shouldn’t be part of your exercise program.

We want health and fitness to be a way of life for our members and we find that setting small attainable goals will help you to make a lifestyle change. By starting with a First Step session, you are assured to be on the path to permanent change. To be sure you are on the right path we provide each new member a FREE 3 session personal training starter pack as a thank you for joining the Odyssey Fitness Family.
