Odyssey Fitness knows that fitness is important at every age! We provide opportunities to learn safe, effective and fun ways to exercise. Our goal is to promote a healthy lifestyle and help maintain independence in the later years of life. Our senior exercise programs encompass a wide variety of activities for all levels of ability, including low impact aerobics, stretching, dancing, water exercise classes and yoga.
