Paul is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. He also holds a health and fitness certification through ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine). He is also a Functional Movement Screen specialist.

In his spare time Paul enjoys being competitive on the racquetball court, playing football, basketball. Paul won the Employee Trophy in Odyssey’s 5th Annual Odyssey Indoor Triathlon!
