Participants in a F.I.R.E class demonstrate three different exercises-ropes, push ups and squats

Particpants demonstrate three more exercises in different triset- medicine ball toss, lunges and rows with the TRX bands

If you enjoy working out in groups and like the idea of working out with a trainer too, then F.I.R.E. is perfect for you!

Fatburning Interval Resistance Exercise combines total body resistance training, advanced core work, and high intensity conditioning in one 45 minute class. All session are left by a nationally certified personal trainer. Current session times are as follows:
-Mondays @ 6:00pm

-Tuesdays @ 6:00am

-Wednesdays @ 6:00pm

-Thursdays @ 6:00am and 9:00am
