Our Fitness Director Ken Wall joined ODYSSEY Fitness in 2005. He holds a Bachelor's of Science degree from Penn-State University in Exercise and Sports Science. He is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Ken also holds personal training certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association, the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the APEX Fitness Group. Ken is also CPR and APEX bodybugg® certified.

Joe Klemunes

Joe is certified as a personal trainer through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).

Joe is currently working towards an Associate's degree in Health Management Luzerne County Community College.

Matt is a certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength & Conditioning Association. He's also CPR and AED certified.  He plans on pursuing further certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the APEX bodybugg®.  Matt also wishes to continue schooling to obtain a Bachelors Degree in sports and exercise science.  He would like to specialize in sports/athletic training.

In his spare time Matt enjoys photography, basketball, working out and has a passion for playing music and performing.

Fitness Coordinator George Hart has over 25 years experience as a registered nurse and wellness coach.  He holds a certification in Fitness and Nutrition from Penn Foster College and is a certified bodybugg® coach.  He's currently working toward an advanced certification as an Endurance Fitness Specialist.

Available to help people with all of their fitness goals, George has helped many people with medical issues improve their health.  An accomplished endurance athlete, he is available to help aspiring endurance athletes improve their times.

Paul Pruce
ACSM, bodybugg®

Paul Pruce is a recent graduate from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology. He also holds a health and fitness certification through ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine).

In addition to being a Personal Trainer, Paul can also be seen greeting members at the front desk and signing up new members! 

In his spare time Paul enjoys being competitive on the racquetball court, playing football, basketball.  Paul won the Employee Trophy in this year's 5th Annual Odyssey Indoor Triathlon!

     - Six 30 minute sessions 
     - 2 or 3 to group

     - Learn how to use various equipment along with warm

 Intermediate:
     - Eight 45 minute sessions with trainer 
          - total 1 hour (15 min. on own followed by 45 min. with trainer)
     - 2 or 3 to group 
     - A challenging program developed to get the results
       your looking for. Use the Free Motion Equipment,
       stability and Bosu Balls, dumbbells and more!

 Advanced:
     - Eight 45 minute sessions with trainer 
          - total 1 hour (15 min. on own followed by 45 min. with trainer)
     - 2 or 3 to group 
     - Advanced exercise program using Bosu, medicine,
       and stability balls, dumbbells, Free Motion Equipment,
       bands, and more! 
     - Also includes a individual food plan that incorporates
       your likes & dislikes to ensure you have a plan you
       can stick with.
