ABdomination – This 30 minute, cadence based class will promote core stability & focus heavily on that 6 pack we all want! Training will be conducted to military standards and will be driven with calisthenics & teamwork so bring a buddy and begin today!
Ab Lab — 30 minutes of targeted Abdominal work designed to create that “six-pack” that you have always wanted!
Aqua — 45 Minutes. Aqua Aerobics is a great exercise for those wanting a cardio workout with some strength training, without the impact that can come along with 'land' classes.
Boxing Clinics - Free Clinics for members, non-members pay guest fee Classes run approximately 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours Instructor teaches basic stance, mechanics of punching, footwork, left jab, straight right, left hook, upper cut and more. Plus you'll learn defenses and combination, safety precautions in practice and injury prevention techniques. You'll hit the speed bag, heavy bag and double end bag, jump rope and learn stretching and exercise techniques for boxers. During the summer, this class runs on Thursdays only. Cardio Blast — This workout will keep you motivated with fun combinations and sizzling cardio choreography.
Kick & Core - This class begins with a simple Cardio kick warmup followed by the ultimate workout for your core muscles.
Cardio or Step Interval — An excellent strength training cardiovascular or step workout. Interval segments include weights, medicine balls, body bars and stretch bands.
Cardio Sculpt — The perfect combination of Cardio (Hi/Lo, Kick box, Drums Alive, Step…) and Sculpting (includes – Weights, Glides, Medicine Ball, Chisel…) to give you a class full of variety and balance.
Circuit - A one-hour class combining stations of cardio and strength training using weights, bars, bands and balls.
Cycling — Terrific 45 minute work-out to start up or finish off your day. If you like a high-energy workout you’ll love this class. Those new to classes will do fine by taking it easy during the race and ‘out of your seat’ sequences.
Cycle & Core— is a combination class. Cardio and endurance workout on the cycle followed by a core training segment.
Cycling/Power Cycling — End your week with our very own John McGurk! This class will take you through an intense ride that is guaranteed to increase your endurance. Train for the outdoors within the comfort of our gym.
Cycling for Strength - This progran uses heavy resistance to develop muscular endurance and power. The strength training session involves steady, consistent pedaling with heavy resistance.
“Drums Alive!” — This program uses the “whole mind - whole body” thinking. This class joins the dynamic movements of aerobic dance with the pulsating rhythms of the drum, using an exercise ball and drum sticks.
Kickbox — Join us for this fun, intense cardio workout featuring boxing moves, kicks, etc.
Kick & Core - This class begins with a simple Cardio kick warmup followed by the ultimate workout for your core muscles
New Definitions — New Definitions is a muscle conditioning class for all levels using various resistance equipment and steps to build strength and endurance as you tone your whole body.
“Silver & Fit” — Low-impact exercise classes that focus on enhancing coordination, strength, flexibility and endurance in seniors.
Pilates Mat Class — Pilates exercise program promotes function strength of all abdominal muscles together with the muscles of the back that will result in the strength and control that enhances daily activities, sports and recreation.
POWER! --- This is your hour of power. High energy barbell conditioning class set to music. All levels will be satisfied with this fun, dynamic and effective workout.
Pranayam — Experience the second wheel of Yoga, and learn the breathing exercises and meditation of Pranayam. Helpful for heart, respiratory and stress-related issues, recent studies show it helps with weight loss.
Racquetball Clinic - We are happy to say Racquetball is alive and well at Odyssey Fitness. If you're a member, you are welcome to attend our free Racquetball clinics on Tuesday nights at 5:30. Join Coach Bob as he walks you and the others through the basics. Then, you'll play with a group of other members. Non-members welcome with ID and standard guest fee.
Rotating — Saturday morning’s class is different every week. Call if you want to know what it is ahead of time. 829-2661.
Step 2 — Intermediate: A challenging Step Class with Impact movements used to increase intensity and quicker changes to the stepping.
Step/Cardio Interval — Cardio step workout with intervals for weight training.
Step, Kick & Tone ---- Mix it up with this class that gives you a little bit of everything! A great combination class that will meet all your workout needs!
Tai Chi – A slow motion meditative exercise for relaxation, health and self defense. By practicing Tai Chi your brain & body will be healthier and work together for overall health.
Total Conditioning — All Levels: The best full body workout in town. 15-20 minutes of cardio conditioning along with strengthening and toning using weights that will have you looking and feeling great.
Tennis Clinic — Whether you've played for years, or never held a racquet a day in your life, your are welcome to attend our Tennis Clinics. Free for members. Non-members pay the standard guest fee. Our pro will provide general instruction for each participant, and then you'll play as a group. A great way to get back in the swing of things. Will return in the fall.
Yoga with Rita – Hatha Yoga tries to achieve balance between body and mind. Through continued performance of Asanas, you will gain flexibility and strength and learn to be more relaxed under otherwise stressful situations.
Yoga with Sam - Proactive yoga is for the whole person. This style of yoga is physically demanding and challenging. Nevertheless, anyone regardless of age or physical condition can participate and reap its benefits. Athelets, for example, find higher performance levels and superior conditionioning while seniors usually enjoy more freedom of movement and a lesening of the severity of age related ailments.
Yoga with Geeta— Geeta brings many years of yoga experience to our facility and is a certified instructor of Hatha Yoga.
Yoga with Sherryl – Hatha Yoga tries to achieve balance between body and mind. Through continued performance of Asanas, you will gain flexibility and strength and learn to be more relaxed under otherwise stressful situations. Will Return in the Fall!

ZUMBA! — ZUMBA! fuses hypnotic musical rhythms and tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout system designed to be FUN and EASY TO DO! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
ZUMBA! Gold - is a series of fitness programs specifically designed to take the exciting Latin and International dance rhythms created in the original ZUMBA and bring them to the beginner participant and other populations that may need modifications. Created to emphasize the basics, this explosive program is so easy to follow that everyone any age can do it!
ZUMBA! Toning - Take the hyptonic musical rhythms of Zumba and add to it the light weight of the Zumba toning sticks, and you've got a great cardio and strength building workout.
