Classes will be given in 6 week sessions.  Fun for ALL!  Members FREE - $50.00 for Non-Members.

Cardio Interval – An excellent strength training cardiovascular workout. Interval segments include weights, medicine balls, body bars, and stretch bands.

Cycling – Terrific 45 minute work-out to start up or finish off your day.  If you like a high-energy workout you’ll love this class.  Those new to classes will do fine by taking it easy during the race and ‘out of your seat’ sequences.

“Silver & Fit” for Life – Low-impact exercise classes that focus on enhancing coordination, strength, flexibility, and endurance in seniors.

Half Hour of Power Well attended by both men and women, this class designed for those on the run, with limited time for exercise.  Not for the faint of heart, you’ll be doing things you haven’t done since gym class or basketball practice.  A good combination of dynamic warm up, cardio and strength exercises, you’ll be doing crab Walks, Push Ups, sprints, weights, and more. Check at the front desk for the location.

PAC - Pilates – ABS – Core
Pilates will be used to lengthen and increase flexibility.  Intense abdominal series will go beyond crunches. Stability balls, weights and gliding discs will challenge the core.

Pilates Mat Class - Pilates exercise program promotes function strength of all abdominal muscles together with the muscles of the back that will result in the strength and control that enhances daily activities, sports and recreation.

Plyo II – This NEW class and new format is a bit more challenging than Plyo I. This class involves ballistic moves guaranteed to increase performance and speed.

Pranayam - Experience the second wheel of Yoga, and learn the breathing exercises and meditation of Prayayam.  Helpful for heart, respiratory, and stress-related issues, recent studies show it helps with weight loss.

Proactive Yoga with Sam –
Proactive Yoga is for the whole person.  This style of yoga is physically demanding and challenging.  Nevertheless, anyone regardless of age or physical condition can participate and reap its benefits.  Athletes, for example, find higher performance levels and superior conditioning while seniors usually enjoy more freedom of movement and a lessening of the severity of age related ailments.
