Mondays Zumba with Tammy at 4:30 p.m.,
Wednesdays Zumba with Brian at 5:30 p.m.
Monday & Wednesday mornings Zumba Gold with Jess at 10:30 a.m.
Thursdays Zumba with Lindsay at 9:15 a.m.

Cycling for Strength
Wednesdays @ 4:30 PM w/ certified Mad Dogg® Instructor- Nate Kenny

-  Strength rides promote muscular & cardiovascular development
   that will enable you to feel like a strong & powerful climber. 
-  This program uses heavy resistance to develop muscular
   endurance & power. 
-  The strength training session involves steady, consistent
   pedaling with heavy resistance.

- Sundays open till 8:00 p.m.

Saturday Kid's Program - Free for members' kids aged 5-13.  Kid's Fit open to kids 3 and older.

Kid's Basketball Clinic 10 a.m.
Kid's Tennis Clinic 11 a.m.
Kid's Fit 11:00
Family Swim - Noon

Kids can attend clinics and Kids Fit without parents, but parents must be with kids for Family Swim.
