A great program designed to prepare you to handle a race from start to finish with the goal in mind being to participate in the April 25th 3 Miler in Wilkes Barre!
During this 14 week program you will:
  • assess your current fitness level
  • learn about equipment & clothing
  • gradually build your mileage
  • gauge intensity
  • learn the pros & cons of treadmill training
  • learn muscle maintenance
  • learn how to deal with discomfort or injury
  • learn proper nutrition, hydration & rest
  • establish how to taper for a race
  • plan a race day strategy
  • learn how to recover from a race
AND finally, You finished!  Now what?
Group meetings will be held on Thursday evenings.  One-on-one meetings will be held as needed.

Zumba, Zumba and More Zumba!

Mondays Zumba with Tammy at 4:30 p.m.,
Wednesdays and Fridays Zumba with Brian at 5:30 p.m. in December (except Christmas), and 
Wednesday mornings Zumba Gold with Jess at 10:30 a.m.
Thursdays Zumba with Lindsay at 9:15 a.m.

Cycling for Strength Beginning September 30th
Wednesdays @ 4:30 PM w/ certified Mad Dogg® Instructor- Nate Kenny

-  Strength rides promote muscular & cardiovascular development
   that will enable you to feel like a strong & powerful climber. 
-  This program uses heavy resistance to develop muscular
   endurance & power. 
-  The strength training session involves steady, consistent
   pedaling with heavy resistance.

Saturday Kid's Program - Free for members' kids aged 5-13.  Kid's Fit open to kids 3 and older.

Family Swim - Noon

Kids can attend clinics and Kids Fit without parents, but parents must be with kids for Family Swim.
