We are proud to be the only facility in northeastern Pennsylvania to offer Free Motion equipment. When using the equipment, you'll notice many of the exercises you do mimic real-life movement, like swinging a golf club or taking your child out of the car seat. In this way, Free Motion helps you develop various muscle groups while also helping prevent injury. |

You'll love our Cardio Theatre featuring a full array of treadmills, upright and recumbent bikes, elliptical machines, cross-trainers, rowers, steppers, and the Total Body Arc trainer by Cybex. |

We are proud to offer a 5 lane lap/swimming pool that was totally replaced in October 2004. The pool area also features a whirlpool and steamroom. Aqua aerobics are held daily. |

We have a full length regulation basketball court. The court is surrounded by a 2 lane 1/10 mile indoor track for both runners and walkers. |

The facility has 2 tennis courts for individual member use. Tennis clinics and tennis lessons are offered by our in-house tennis professional. |

There are 2 racquetball courts located next to the basketball court. There are daily challenge court matches. Professional instruction is
also available upon request. |

ODYSSEY features a full size boxing ring sponsored by Santo Lincoln Mercury Volvo in Moosic. We offer free boxing clinics to members Tuesday and Thursday evenings during the fall, winter and spring and just Tuesday evenings in the summer. We host the PA State Golden gloves championship and are proud to say our boxing pro Larry Angeles coached our member Steve Wilson to the state
championship title in 2005! |
