We work on all areas: strength, cardio, and flexibility with emphasis on core work …There are so many demands on one’s time that you must make the best use of it when you are working out. Owen shows me how to exercise with a purpose. It is all about the different types of exercises and the way they are combined to ensure you are getting the maximum benefit. In my opinion, it is time and money well spent, because after all good health and feeling great is truly priceless.
